Speaking of scopes and test equipment, whatever happened to HP equipment? I don't know why their test equipment disappeared.

They were the standard years ago and over time disappeared. The only thing I can think of is when Carly Fiorina took over as CEO, she forced them to buy Compaq, and drove HP into the ground, almost destroying the entire company. I spoke with a few former HP employees several years ago and they both agreed she destroyed the company.
