Andy,

Just a some minor things. (1) My last name is RATCLIFFE And (2) the total in the pot for the 50/50 was 25.00. Half was won by Don and the other half belonged to CARA.  Don took his 5.00 out of his half and then gave as a donation to CARA of $ 7.50 for a total of $12.50 + Don’s 7.50 for a total of 20.00.  Where this becomes important: If Don claims this and other items on his taxes as a deduction.  He has a receipt in the minutes of the meeting and (3) Don donated $40.00 for the food for field day and I donated another 20.00 for the food for field day.
