Not to piggy back on that, but please let me know if you already have a Skywarn I.D. number AND if you have the ability to hit the Bluemont repeater(147.300). We can proceed with nets if needed as long as NWS gets the proper criteria in the format they look for. Hoping to hear something about moving forward with scheduling a spotter class soon.
