I'm cleaning up the basement.  Offered free is a rack mount linear power supply that was given to me by Mike,  K3MSP, several years ago.  I don't have a use for it.

Just checked it out yesterday on a load bank.  Although the marking on the face says 10v, it's adjustable and currently set to 13.8 vdc.  I ran it up to 27 amps out.   At 20 amps, the output voltage dropped to 13.4 vdc.  Ripple under load was about 200mv peak-to-peak.

This is a HEAVY unit built like a tank. The transformer inside is about as big as a whole Astron supply of similar ratings.  I estimate around 40 lbs.

The pilot light on the front panel doesn't work but probably easily fixed.

Any takers?
