The 146.985 K3CAL Repeater is on the air.

Many Thanks to Dave W3PQS. Who re-arranged his schedule to first drive to Prince Fredrick to get a key to the tower site shelter. Then drive to Sunderland Mount Hope to talk nicely to the CARA Backup Repeater (well, at least as nicely as Dave can). Lastly drive back to Prince Fredrick to return the shelter key. Also Thanks to Bill N3XMZ and Bob N3PPH who remotely assisted Dave this morning.

The DR1 repeater had it's eggs scrambled. Several on/off power cycles and a quick peek through the set up menus, set everything back to working order. It is unclear what caused the shut down.

In other news... The main Yaesu DR1x Repeater has been tested by Yaesu in California. It is in the process of being repaired and shipped back to Maryland. It is unknown at this time how long this will take.

The Arcom controllers and ADR interfaces are also on the West Coast at Arcom. They are tentatively scheduled to be inspected and tested this week.

Further information will be passed along as it becomes available.
