This basically makes FCC PRB-1 part of Maryland law. But like PRB-1, it doesn't address restrictions associated with Covenants & Restrictions that ride with property deeds.

Friday afternoon the Maryland Senate unanimously (47-0) passed HB-331, The Local Government - Regulation of Amateur Radio Station Antenna Structures. The Maryland House previously passed HB-331 unanimously (127-0) in March. The Maryland General Assembly session officially ends for close-of-business Monday, April 11^th. This Bill moves to Governor Hogan for signature.
