[K3CAL] Radio Repairs

I posted this in Discord as well but thought I would send this out via The reflector as well.  

I bought an old president hr2600 off a guy so I could play around with 10m but when I got home and tested everything I couldn’t get any audio. Looks like everything else is working fine. I used AI to help me troubleshoot the issues and figure out if it was something silly like a setting or loose wire etc. I used the multimeter to check the voltage on the LA4446 audio amplifier IC and pin 10 is supposed to have 6.6 volts, but I’m only getting 2.10 or something around that.  This has led me to believe that the LA4446 has gone bad. Does anyone on here have experience with something like this/ would be willing to help me replace that chip if that is indeed the issue? 

Are there any local repair shops or a place not too far away that could fix it? 

Any other advice or suggestions are also welcome.
