[K3CAL] Assistance with the Scout's Radio Merit Badge on 8/9

i may be able to help out.  i will be out of town saturday aug 8, and
returning sunday aug 9, hopefully in the morning.  But the war department
has not informed me of our travel plans.  my preference would be to stay
home.  i'm really not looking forward to 4 hours or more driving each way,
especially for her niece's wedding.
