[K3CAL] ULS issues

Thanks for the info. I'm not on GRZ, andI plan on calling the FCC
tomorrow. Last Sept was when I renewed my licence, so i know the FRN is
correct.
The funny thing is I can get into the CORES area, but not into the ULS
System. Go figure.
