[K3CAL] Revised CARA Meeting Minutes for Jan 8, 2026

One more update.  I fixed the record copy but just including the correction only here.
 
Joe kept $5.00 from the 50-50 and gave the rest of his cut back to CARA.  Thanks Joe !
