In response to frequently asked questions about the list ........

This is an access authentication list. Meaning it will only pass messages that originate from the email address used to set up the account.
IE: if email address, "yourcall at arrl.org" was used to set up the account. Then "yourcall at arr.org" MUST be used to send a message to the group. 
The list server will not pass messages sent from your other email accounts. IE; "yourcall at comcast.net".

This is a plain text list server that accepts PDF and JPEG files as attachments. Users have reported difficulty in passing messages written in HTML or messages with in-line attachments and large files.

To send a message to the group, Address an eamail to: k3cal at mailman.qth.net .
To reply to everyone in the group: Click "reply all".
To reply to a sender of a message: Click "reply:.

Please remember that there are over 55 CARA members on this list and many more interested in amateur radio.
