I have a tuner external of the 891.

The GRA-ULTmini is currently the cheapest Gabil tripod at $44. It's lightweight if your goal is quick set-up particularly for POTA-like activations. I'd recommend an extra pack of the terminals to attach ground radials just in case. The other mount of note is the GRA-ULT01 at approximately $120.
The Gabil GRA-1900T can go down to the 160 meter band to 6 meters. As the antenna uses both jumpers and extending the antenna element you'd need a metric Allen wrench. It's similar to the Outback 2000 (but the Outback doesn't have 160 meter compatability).

I agree with the EFHW being a good portable antenna.l, especially if you don't run an internal or external tuner. You could even make and add an inexpensive loading coil with about 9.5' of wire at the end to get 80m. I know the 891 doesn't have an internal tuner but if you had a tuner, a 9:1 unun with 72' of wire can be matched with a tuner to get all bands 80-10m. I also use the Gabil Antenna GRA 7350T (available  under other brand names) which is a base loaded verticle, with 4 16.5' radials. Does well for being a compromised antenna. Not necessarily cheap (tripod is extra) but is a quick set up. Could even be used with a mag mount on a vehicle.
My quick thoughts.

Hi Shorty!
I recommend these EFHWs. They work extremely well and are affordable.

Couple that with this silicone wire, about 67 ft.

I’ve used this set up portable for years. Works great. Throw a weight in a tree for one end.

Hello everyone,
I'm in need of a new portable antenna for HF.  I love doing DXs and talking far.  Any recommendations for a good quality portable antenna that goes will with an Yeasu FT'891.
Thanks,
Shorty
