KC3WRX: Lunch not planned. Set up Tuesday for club booth at the Fair.
N3AE: had been traveling. Getting caught up on mail. No guidance from section for SET next month so is working on something with St. Mary's ARC.
W3PQS: tomorrow is set up day, pretty sure that everything is ready. Might have some wet weather during the week so be prepared.
N3PPH: making some FT8 contacts. Getting ready for fall.
W1AJW: new hearing aids are an improvement.
KC3RWT: no comment
KD3BLI: is available to tear down / pack up on Sunday if needed.
K3OCM: Breakfast at Dreamweaver Saturday at 0900

For 2025 we are planning a monthly POTA demo. We are planning on having a table at the county fair at the end of September 2025 which is September 24, 25,26,27 and 28.
