[K3CAL] Looking for Volunteers for the Calvert County Fair

CARA is considering having a spot at the upcoming Calvert County Fair to demonstrate and promote amateur radio.   It's our understanding (subject to verification) that we would be required to man our spot during all fair open hours.  In a practical sense, we would need two persons at our booth.   Indoors or outdoors is still TBD after we determine the costs.
 
In order to check feasibility, I've set up a web sign-up sheet and looking for CARA members to sign up for time periods.  I set the site up in 2 to 3 hour intervals.  That isn't set in stone and we can fine tune later.  You can sign up for more than one slot on a given day or among the days..  Right now we need to see if we have enough on-site coverage to make our presence at the fair feasible.
 
PLEASE ...if you sign up for a time period, be prepared to honor that commitment should we move forward with plans to be at the fair.

Wed Sep 24    4PM to 10PM
Thur Sep 25    9AM to 4PM
Fri    Sep 26    9AM to 4PM
Sat   Sep 27  10AM to 10PM
Sun  Sep 28  10AM to 6PM
