Keep in mind that JPP will be hosting their annual American Indian Heritage Day on 11/2/24 from 11 AM to 4 PM. I don't know if that will impact parking or accessibility.

I've attached a copy of the scenario and some objectives we've come up with. Also attached is a copy of the ICS-205(Emergency Radio Communications Plan), an overhead view of where we'd like folks participating to report at Jefferson-Patterson Park just prior to 9am(you can use the repeater if you need to be guided in), and a copy of the Auxcomm member list

Dave W3PQS will be at Jeff-Pat to act as Net Control for folks in the field and will pass on frequencies and any additional instructions for those participating.

> A couple of things to keep in mind... We're not using any type of script. What we say isn't as important as establishing and maintaining the communication. Locations, signal reports, and general related info are fine. Next, please limit your communication to net control or EOC if that's who you are asked to report to. Folks from Calvert shouldn't have to talk to folks from St. Mary's unless you're at the EOC. Radio discipline/layered communication would be stressed in this environment. Downward and upward communication is one of the goals. Cell phones are not off limits. If you lose contact with the net, EOC, or whoever you're asked to report to, feel free to call them. Not looking to lose anyone. We're hoping we can do it all by radio but... Folks in the field can move about wherever you'd like. You want to try a different location or a couple of different spots, that's encouraged. It will help us get a better handle on where HT's are effective and where they're not. Last and most important, Please remember to end transmissions with "exercise message" or the like! We don't want to alarm any listeners.
