[K3CAL] What is this antenna?

First saw these on eBay but it’s been a while.  trudged around the Google and it may be an Open Stub J pole similar to those from Arrow Antenna.  Lots of homemade examples on the web.  I don’t know anything more on them but hope that helps.

I was under the impression that is antenna is a tri-band 2m, 70cm and 6m antenna?

Anybody recognize it?
