[K3CAL] Tektronix Oscilloscope for free

HP's test equipment and instrument division was split off in 1999 and
became Agilent. It was further divided and the test equipment division
split off again in 2014 and became Keysight Technologies. They still make
really good (and expensive) test equipment.
