KB3WFV: several radios were adopted at the meeting – more to come next time. Thanks to Dave & Shawn & Dave’s son for obtaining more equipment over the weekend. He liked seeing the Tiny VNA and other test equipment. Hamcation is the biggest event of the year prior to Hamvention.
KC3QQD: Had a very good turn-out for the meeting both in-person and on zoom. Dues can still be paid if you are not paid up. We had a lively discussion about a GMRS repeater that may be installed in Prince Frederick by AuxComm.
N3AE: Inventory added to. List sent to Board. Much equipment besides radios. Auxcom meeting on 2/21. Bring hardware and software to practice digital modes to include Winlink. STEM event on 2/24 at CHS.
W3RBR: financially in good shape.
W3PQS: Mostly completed equipment retrieval from KB3RAN (SK). All equipment sold as-is.
KC3WRX: 11-3 for STEM event on many bands. Raspberry Pi to be demonstrated. DVD player showing a presentation on a loop. Hope to have the impromptu net again during the event. Lunch this week at Applebees.
KB3VLE: on Yaesu 2900 obtained at club auction Thursday and seems to be working quite well.
AB3LE: CB project continues in CRE.
W1AJW: Is on 40m every week via sprinkler system antenna.
KC3WIX: did POTA today. Has been excited to be learning more and more about the hobby.
KC3VNH: Likes the new radio obtained from club – studying for extra test.
KC3RWT: greetings.
AC3KX: greetings from Lusby.
K3OCM: Greetings from Hamcation! Orlando ARC will be making a donation to CARA for his time this week.
KB5LNC: Has been busy caring for an elderly family member.
KC3WIY: congratulations to Dave (and her) for obtaining Extra Class.
