[K3CAL] has anyone put up a new tower recently?

A few weeks ago a pair of crooks cut the guys on a tower to get it to collapse so they could steal the 3 inch copper hardline.  But they left the twisted and broken tower behind.  Got caught shortly after.
 
Guess someone has tried to outdo them.
