Hi Bill, I found this Heathkit power supply, see below.
Heathkit HP-23C power supply and SB-600 speaker enclosure
Price $105.00 + Shipping
The HP-23C power supply, power cable, and SB-600 including new speaker are NOT parts items
The HP-23C power supply and speaker are in excellent working condition and both have been successfully tested. The axial lead capacitors below the chassis have been replaced. The 4 tall Black plastic covered capacitors above the chassis are the original Nichicon capacitors and they show no signs of aging.
The 3 amp Red push button circuit breaker is still installed and works.
The 3 wire grounded AC power cord has been repaired by a previous owner. There is no problem with the repaired section of the AC power cord.
The original SB-600 speaker has been replaced with a NEW DB69 8 ohm oval speaker.
The HP-23C power supply’s bottom cover with 4 feet is included but no top cover.
The HP-23C power supply is heavy so it will be shipped in a separate box than the SB-600 speaker enclosure.
11 pin power cable between HW-100/101 and the SB-100 line of transceivers and the HP-23C power supply is included.
The HP-23C power supply is wired for 120VAC primary power. See the HP-23C manual for details on rewiring the HP-23C power supply for 220VAC primary power.
The following “No load” output AC and DC voltages were measured at the power supply’s 11 pin female socket with 118VAC applied to the power transformer’s primary winding, jumper used between pins 9 and 10 to turn power supply ON for voltage measurements.
Pin 1 == minus 139VDC fixed bias (no variable bias)
Pin 2 == Filament common
Pin 3 == +374VDC Low DC voltage
Pin 4 == +856VDC High DC voltage
Pin 5 == N/C
Pin 6 == 14.6VAC filament
Pin 7 == DC ground
Pin 8 == N/C
Pin 9/10 == AC switch at the radio through the 11 pin power cable
Pin 11 == N/C
The HP-23C manual can be purchased at the following link:

The HP-23C schematic can be downloaded at the following link:

I hope this helps, 73s

Greetings to all ,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have a good friend in SC, (Gary, AE1CT) who is trying to revive and old Heathkit radio, and he is looking to buy a Heathkit HP-23 or PS-23 to power it.
Power supply specs.....Hi voltage....800v at 250ma275v at 150ma-100v at 100ma12v at 5.5amps
I do not have one and all the ones he finds online are over $200, which would be an ok price for a good PS, but when you add shipping and SC state taxes, it becomes over $250 and he stated that was too much for him to pay for an unknown condition PS.
If anyone has a Heathkit PS that Gary could purchase, please contact me or him at the below listed e-mails. I am willing to pick it up and ship it to him.
Thank you & 73
