[K3CAL] Severe Thunderstorm Watch

NWS has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for all of So. MD till 10pm.
Potential must be good because the Storm Prediction Center has bumped up
our "threat" level twice today. Keep your eyes on the sky.
