[K3CAL] Nominations

Hey folks.. I misspoke on my email regarding nominations. I said that
nominations need to be made by the October meeting date. I was wrong.
By-Laws say the slate of officers has to be presented to the board and
membership by no later than October 1st. That means nominations must be made
in time to get an answer from those nominated prior to the Oct.1st deadline.
Sorry for the bad intel!
