What you need is a NanoVNA or similar.  See https://nanovna.com/   Someone in CARA might have one.  There are a lot of these on the market but some are poor performing clones, so be warned.    Like you, my current gear limits me to 170MHz.
 
Move up the ladder (and cost), a "near-professional" vector network analyzer is available from SDR kits...https://www.sdr-kits.net/DG8SAQ-Vector-Network-Analyzer-3-Series
