KC3QQD: Welcome Steve - W3SMM as a new member. Secretary has sent out the meeting minutes on the reflector. There will be a special meeting of the board soon to discuss and approve the budget. There will soon be a presentation of a plaque for out-going president Bill. TalkAround Tuesday Net on 1/17 from 8 till 9 on 146.580 FM. 
KB3WFV: Dues are due to be submitted. Broomes Island location may already be reserved by Dick for us.
KC3RKP: Hoping for more people to show up to meetings and events. Winter field Day being planned still looking for a place. Left message for Dick about Field Day.
N3AE: Auxcom meeting Wednesday at EOC 7PM – meet at 6:50 for escort in. Review equipment locations and user’s manual. Try to run zoom, but that may not be possible. Feb meeting is at EOC – looking for permanent location for the future. Attendees must contact Shawn ahead of time.
W1AJW: going to see oncologist tomorrow for further discussion of course of treatment.
AB3LE: Sun angle is getting better by the day! Hoping for more firewood.
W3PQS: Had to lower antennas due to tree trimming. Cut down 2 trees cut to 18”. Anyone that needs it should get it before the weekend when he will push it off to the side.
KB5LNC: Not much going on.
W3EME: greetings – would love to go to Auxcom meeting but can’t - solar flux has been good for radio.
