KC3QQD: to assist with the Marine Corps Marathon communications, Arlington Radio Public Service Club is looking for ham radio operators to help on 10/29/2023. W4AVA.org for information about the MCM support.
N3AE: 10/7 for SET 9 to 3PM – similar to geocaching to ID the NGS markers and practice the emergency communications plan. He has re-configured a K3CAL radio for APRS at Barstow.
KC3WRX: need to have slate to membership for elections by October meeting.
AB3LE: CB project in Lusby is continuing.
N3ILH: was on vacation – and was alarmed to find that 2m rig was still connected but OK. Nice to be back!
W1AJW: Is wondering if weather band stations narrow-band or wide band? No one offered a definitive answer.
W3PQS: greetings
KC3VNH: looking for large gauge wire for grounding and polyphasers.
