[K3CAL] National Night Out

This would have been a great opportunity for CARA to gain some much needed exposure with the general public and with members of EMS. Unfortunately, learning of the event the night before, leaves no time to put anything together. CARA is an all volunteer organization that relies on dedication, cooperation and most importantly participation of it's members with the events that the club plans and attends.

The best that can be offered at this short notice, is that perhaps some members or others on this email list can attend on an individual basis. Please keep CARA in mind when the planning for next year's event starts. It sounds like an event that CARA should be participating in..

 Anyone participating in any of the National Night events happening tomorrow evening? I know its short notice but the Broomes Island Civic League  would love to have CARA represented as well.  Perhaps Auxcomm? We have CCSO, MSP (bringing Trooper 7), St. Leonard Volunteer Fire, coming to Broomes Island,  to name a few. We have Kay's Lunchbox, Caney Creek BBQ, and Mrs. Moo's coming also.
Activities start at 1700, We'd like those that are coming to be set up by 1645 at latest. Let me know if you'd like to participate.
