[K3CAL] SKYWARN info on the CARA Net Tonight April 10th 2023 @ 7:30 PM

Thanks Dave will put you on the list. We can run nets without the training
as long as whoever gives the report to NWS has a spotter i.d. That way they
know the person has training in what needs to be reported and is in the
format that like. WX4LWX.org has net control scrips to use so we can start
conducting nets if the need arises.
