[K3CAL] Planned Repeater Outage

 Well... That was an EPIC FAIL!

Sorry for tying up the repeaters all weekend with programming attempts. I just couldn't get everything to play right. Very difficult to do all of this over the air with DTMF. So, the SKYWARN features do not work for now. The repeaters are up and they are linked. Echolink is also back online. 

Skywarn will have to wait until I can get to the sites with a laptop. In the mean time enjoy the repeaters, they are up and running.

In order to implement SKYWARN modes on the K3CAL repeater system. Changes to the programming need to be made. From time to time today both the 146.985 in Sunderland and the 444.950 in Lusby may be off the air. 

If all goes well the repeaters should be back to normal later this morning.
