Notes from 10/17/2022

KB3WFV: Jack KB3WUM is asking for donations to help cover expenses since his wife died suddenly.

KC3RKP: May be able to help Dave RAN with antennas on Wednesday

W3PQS: been working 10m. Election next meeting either in person or on zoom. Slate of candidates announced. Wednesdays lunch at Dreamwaver Café 1200 hours.

N3AE: SET was Saturday – successful – met many at King’s Landing afterwords. Working on map and results.

N3PPH: has been having fun with 10m.

W1AJW: just received a 4G flip phone and is hoping for the best.

KC3WRX: obtained a G-90 and has been out using it. Wednesday is AUXcomm meeting and discuss antennas.

N1JMC: has been traveling in the RV – obtained IC-5100 for truck – openspot 3.

KC3QQD: TalkAround Tuesday 8 pm on 146.580 FM. Additional repeaters linked in VA with King George.

KB5LNC: greetings – from  Amhurst VA. Via echolink.

W3EME: trying to spread the word for Jack for assistance. Has been able to ragchew on 10m recently. Solar cycle propagation is exceeding prediction.
