Notes from 05/09/2022

KC3RKP: Meeting Thursday. Was building antennas today with Andy.

KB3RAN: Wear Club Apparel and hats and will have ordering material. By Laws amendment for meeting date will be voted on. Harriet Brown Community Center rm.118 6:30 Board Mtg and 7:30 General Membership.

W3PQS: Will have update for field day and make decisions about it. Need help with climbing home tower.

N3AE: next Auxcomm meeting is 5/18/22 at Mt. Hope.

AB3LE: Alligators are present in the Ranch Club.

N3PHH: had to re-run coax today which has helped a lot with signals.

W1AJW: seeing hummingbirds and good Spring weather.

KC3WRX: Building antennas and enjoying the weather.

N3IVK: Quiet at QTH – looking forward to meeting.

KB3MCU: Planning to be at meeting Thursday.

KC3QQD: Had a very good TalkAround Tuesday – 2 meter simplex on county tower – excellent reception out to 40 miles and good out to 60 mile radius. Tomorrow is 28.355 USB and next week is 2 meter SSB.

N3BPM: in and out.

KB3WFV: RFI noise and defective pole reported to BGE was ignored until it shorted out and exploded over the weekend.
