I feel your pain. Nobody looks at the rules.  BUT THEY ALL KNOW WHAT THEY
ARE TALKING ABOUT. And if you try to tell them they get mad.  I am not
stupid, what are yiou somekind of know it all. And they still wont look.
But they all know what they are talking about
