[K3CAL] impending Snow Storm

MDEM will be providing a weather update today at 5PM.  Here is the latest
weather info.



   - Wet heavy snow expected Friday evening into Saturday. Unknown time
   frame to start at this time.
   - Expected amounts are 3-4 inch upper county and 5-8 inch lower county
   - Winds expected to be 30-40 mph with gusts to 50 mph



EM continues to monitor and will provide update after the 5 PM update from
the NWS and MDEM
