[K3CAL] Important Field Day Info

I heard back from the county regarding camping at the schoolhouse for field
day.

we CANNOT put campers or tents in the fields around the schoolhouse for
field day.  in the past dave hardy has parked his van in the parking lot.
as far as i know, this is still ok, but no tents or towable campers will
allowed.
