[K3CAL] 2 meter repeater

This is to let everyone know where the 2 meter repeater stands. The 
duplexer has tested good, another part is bad, I ordered it to be 
shipped directly to the tech Gene. Once it is ready it will be installed 
at Mt. Hope in the new shelter. Due to shipping the repeater may not be 
ready for the Monday night net.
