[K3CAL] Working on 2 meter repeater

Hello all CARA members.

The repeater committee will be working on the 2-meter repeater September 14
starting at 9 AM.

We will be turning off and removing the repeater to have it checked by a
technician.  Also, some new equipment will be installed at this time and a
thorough check of all the equipment including the duplexers.

We will be re-installing it at the Sutherland site tower.  If everything
goes as planned.  It should only take a day or two.
