[K3CAL] CARA April minutes

Attached are the minutes for the April 1st meetings.  Membership issues have been resolved and we have 5 new members to approve at the May meeting.  I added them to the reflector.  If you are in contact with them, have them check their email to assure I have the correct email address.
Also plan to talk about 2021 Field Day at this meeting.  It's less than 2 months until Field Day.  Please consider stepping up to help lead the Field Day planning and execution this year.  Zoom access info will be posted by our President.
