[K3CAL] CARA March minutes

Dave,

Subsequent to our meeting learned that VARA is available for free to club calls.  So I should be able to register K3CAL with the VARA creators and have callsigns K3CAL-1 through K3CAL-15 for use in AUXCOMM and RACES.  I will take the action to register and get the software.
