they are also upping the alcohol tax from 9% to 10%.  They wanted 12%, but
hogan got them down to 10%.  that means when hogan is out in a few years,
the legislature will want another 3%.  So we will then be at 13%.

i'm going to fl next week and looking at places in naples/ft myers.
