[K3CAL] CARA August meeting minutes

Attached are the minutes from the August Board and Members meetings.  Look for the meeting announcement for the ZOOM meeting information for the September 2, 2021 meetings.  Board meets at 6:30, all are welcome.  The Regular meeting starts at 7:30 for all members and guests.
Opportunities abound for getting on the air.  Monday night CARA net at 7:30 on 146.985 with Brian KB3WFV.  And now with an EchoLink node 676714 on KB3WFV-L.  
On Thursday nights, there's the Mid-Atlantic DMR Net on Maryland State Talk Group 3124 at 8 PM.  First time and repeat check-ins are welcome.
