> Weather continues to be very Hot and Humid. Stay cool and hydrated.

> Eric KC3QQD is hosting a 10 meter net on 28.350 every Tuesday night @ 8:00 PM
> CARA now collecting donations to fund replacement of the 440 repeater duplexes
> Trying to raise $2,000.00
> Brian KB3WFV announced the "Check In Challenge" He will donate $1.00 to CARA for every station that checks in to the CARA Monday Night Net for the next 5 nets. With special
Bonus donations for any CARA Board member who checks in and a Super Bonus donation if ALL CARA Board members check in to the same net night.
> Members are encourage to check in themselves and spread the word to other amateurs, gathering more check ins for the CARA net
> Check ins were challenged to make similar donations to CARA
> Thank you! To the several check ins who announced their intentions of donating to CARA
