[K3CAL] Yaesu programming

I ran across some software for many of the Yaesu radios that has more 
features than Chirp and is free. Go to the order page and you will see 
he has provided registration info for all programs. I used this on my 
FT-8900 and it worked as it should and gave me more options than Chirp 
does.
