It was good hear all of those who checked in on 8/16/21. See the list below. Welcome to some new voices. Keep an ear on the repeaters for them and be sure to say HI!

Net Highlights:
> Several repeaters in the area are experiencing problems. 145.350 is down. 147.105 has a noise/interference problem. 147.150 also has a noise/interference problem. 
> National Weather Service has activated SkyWarn several time in the past week.
> Alternate (non repeater) methods for relaying SkyWarn information to the National Weather Service

> Dan WW3N has sold his house and is moving to Florida this week. 
> Testing of Echolink linking to the 146.985 repeater Only during the CARA nets is being done by KB3WFV. Node: KB3WFV-L or node# 676714 
> CARA is seeking donations to fund the purchase new filters for the 440 repeater. Donations can be made with Paypal on the www.k3cal.org website.
