Recruitment ideas for Tuesday meeting:
Do tabling at all county events with brochures and video slide show such as:
Fire Department and Rescue Squad meetingsBoy and Girl Scout meetingsCivil Air Patrol meetingsOpen Houses at Fire Houses and Rescue Squads, CRE AirportHome Owner Association MeetingsNational Night OutCounty Fair along with some other group with a booth
Having a 'canned' presentation that we make about ham radio and emergency comms to play at meetings then do a Q&A afterwards might be a way to go. 


Newspaper articles about events we participate in.Continue Facebook presence on CARA page
These are just what I came up with at the moment.  There is a lot of 'hooks' we can use at these events like  DMR, disaster prep, kit building, remote control boats/planes, DXing and contesting, and much more. Oh, and continue to support other organizations when they have a parade, race, run or whatever that could use some comm support.
