[K3CAL] CARA October Minutes and meeting reminder

CARA Board and Members meetings will occur on November 5th. Board meeting at 1830.  Members meeting at 1930.  This is our election of officers meeting.  The slate is presented unopposed so just needs to be approved.  See later emails for details on the Zoom sign in information.
