[K3CAL] RE :Virtual Hamfest

Good Morning Everyone,

This is a Reminder That CARA Inc. Will be trying their hand at a Virtual
Hamfest on November the 7th From 12 pm until 4 pm. or unless all items are
previewed before cut off time.

The following are the rules of Event.

This will be a round Robin event .

Host will do the Calling up of the next item/ person for bid. It's strongly
urged to use the raise hand if you would like the item or to know more
about it.

Host will try to keep a note of progress throughout the event to see if
this is a good venue to do more.

All participants will be asked to mute their mikes and if you have a
question please raise your hand, hopefully this keeps confusion down as
some have different views on their screens and this will keep the person
selling item in the forefront.

 You offer Item up for sale , if you can preview it with your camera great,
you will need to turn off virtual /green screen to do this.

Once we go around we will go around again until all items have been offered
up  or time runs out on clock. .
