[K3CAL] CARA Virtual HamFest postponed and Officers for 2021

It was decided at the CARA meeting last night to postpone the Virtual HamFest planned for Saturday Nov 7th by Zoom until sometime TBD in the spring.
CARA officers for 2021 will be:

In other news, there will NOT be a holiday party this year.  There will be a December 3rd meeting on Zoom. Watch the reflector for meeting details.
There is progress on the Calvert County communications upgrades and the details will be relayed soon.
