[K3CAL] New DMR repeaters for Calvert County

Thanks to Bob N3PPH for getting a DMR repeater up and running at Sunderland.  Here's the information you need to know:

There are 2 new DMR repeaters which should cover Calvert county very well. Sunderland frequency is 441.6375 +5.0, color code 1 and Mechanicsville frequency 441.7875 + 5.0 color code 1. Sunderland should cover north county and Mechanicsville covers south. A new talkgroup SMD (Southern Maryland Digital) has been created to give users a spot to call home.
