[K3CAL] DMR Repeater up

K3OCM, Kim Wells, currently has a DMR repeater in Charlotte Hall that is soon to be back operational.

He might be a great resource for CARA if questions arise about color codes, talk groups and time slot allocations.

The DMR repeater in Sunderland is now up and running. I have to compile a list of talkgroups which will take some time. For those with DMR capabilities the frequency is 441.6375 +5.0, you can use local 9 on either timeslot, Maryland state 3124 on TS 1, local 2 Wash-Balt TS 2, SMD 311618 TS 1 (this is the group just created for Southern Maryland). I will get a full list out soon, may take a day or two.
