[K3CAL] RE Nets, Meetings, FieldDay

Please if you have An Issue with what is Happening  in your Club CARA Inc.
Get on ZOOM when we have a meeting it is free and it is sent out to all
members and anyone on our Reflector.

I sent out Board meeting and Regular meeting information.  There were 9
Members present when we agreed to try this and all in attendance agreed
with, 1 abstained > yours truly Being the President .

We talked about the opportunity to be hosted on the n3px Repeater and
an offer was made that we could use it. Considering the Repeated breakdown
of our repeater during nets. there is Front end desense which
practically renders our repeater useless at most times. We are addressing
these problems but it takes time and money and honestly the COUNTY to get
the New antennas up and operational.

 If more people used the repeater they would know we have problems.

We also talked about DMR coming to Calvert thru a member and Being
installed at Mount hope. This will be hosted by CARA Inc. and operated
under their license.  ( I hope I Stated this correctly)  If not please
correct.

We also talked about Field day and unless some compelling reason not to
hold it we are going to have it as planned.  Insert Reason _________.

We are going to be moving forward with different options and your
opinions and Ideas are most welcome and encouraged. This is the only way
forward.

If You elect not to show up to a meeting and the quorum is met and
something is presented and discussion follows and then a vote, once voted
on we will move forward with it.  Again unless some compelling reason not
to.. IE:  Cause harm to club or members or Something really important was
omitted Etc.

This is your Responsibility to attend Club Functions!

I am sorry I have to state this but we are not going down the road past
traveled.

As always my number is posted and anyone is welcome to call or email me
with concerns.
