[K3CAL] CARA MONDAY NIGHT NET ON 147.195 + OFFSET 156.7 Tone at 1930 June 6th 2020. NOTE CHANGE OF FREQUENCY

Why are we using another repeater? What is wrong with 146.985? The 
REPEATER TRUSTEE should know these things.
